A brief handlers’ meeting will be held prior to each run block.

All dogs will be inspected beginning at 8:00am for AM runs (12:30pm for PM runs) for soundness
prior to running on that event date.

ALL dogs must be checked-in prior to 11:30am for morning runs and prior to 2:00pm for
afternoon runs.

These events will be run with an established run order to the best ability of the Paddock Master.
Adjustments due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances may be necessary.

AM and PM run start times are 8:30am and 1:00pm.

Field Hours: 8:00am until all scheduled runs are completed or 2:30pm, whichever comes first.
In the event of inclement weather or other conditions, or to assist with timely completion of the
test, the Test Committee may elect to start or end the events earlier, or later than posted. In any
case, all entrants present during the posted times will be allowed to run, if conditions are safe.
Lunch: A 60-minute lunch break may be scheduled at the discretion of the Event Committee.
Scheduling of Runs / Concurrent Run Procedures / Note to Handlers
Both events are being run concurrently. This means we schedule dogs to run both runs for each
day within a single run block. In this scenario, if you have one dog entered and you are scheduled
in the AM to do both runs, your two runs will be scheduled approximately 30 runs apart, giving
your dog time to rest. The PM portion will be run the same way as the AM.
