DESCRIPTION:A brief handlers’ meeting will be held prior to each run block. \n\n\n\nAll dogs will be inspected beginning at 8:00am for AM runs (12:30pm for PM runs) for soundnessprior to running on that event date. \n\n\n\nALL dogs must be checked-in prior to 11:30am for morning runs and prior to 2:00pm forafternoon runs. \n\n\n\nThese events will be run with an established run order to the best ability of the Paddock Master.Adjustments due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances may be necessary. \n\n\n\nAM and PM run start times are 8:30am and 1:00pm.*-All times stated are Eastern Time Zone (ET)Field Hours: 8:00am until all scheduled runs are completed or 2:30pm\, whichever comes first.In the event of inclement weather or other conditions\, or to assist with timely completion of thetest\, the Test Committee may elect to start or end the events earlier\, or later than posted. In anycase\, all entrants present during the posted times will be allowed to run\, if conditions are safe.Lunch: A 60-minute lunch break may be scheduled at the discretion of the Event Committee.Scheduling of Runs / Concurrent Run Procedures / Note to HandlersBoth events are being run concurrently. This means we schedule dogs to run both runs for eachday within a single run block. In this scenario\, if you have one dog entered and you are scheduledin the AM to do both runs\, your two runs will be scheduled approximately 30 runs apart\, givingyour dog time to rest. The PM portion will be run the same way as the AM.
